RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges with reverse pick-up services, deducting a flat Rs 100 per order for reverse shipping.

Items purchased from Urban Scissors are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

1) All Prepaid Orders are eligible for free returns with bank refunds. All COD Orders are eligible for store credit only

2) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing.

3) For all second-time shippings, a Rs.150 shipping fee needs to be processed for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.

4) Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned in accordance to it being a full priced or discounted product originally.

 5) No RETURNS & REFUNDS are eligible for accessories and limited edition items. Once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned, Kindly choose the size carefully.

6) On BUY 1 - GET 1 SALE, Refunds are only applicable if both the articles are returned, no refunds will be provided for single item return.

7) No RETURN OR EXCHANGES applicable on clearance sale items, All sales are final, Only returns will be accepted if the item is damaged, video unboxing proof will be required for the same

 

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to

pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the

company address. Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
